Ocho is created specifically FOR business owners, and all the training and platform were created with you in mind.
We know just how hard it is to find the information you need or find advice that’s specifically for business owners.
Not to mention, it’s a challenge in itself to sift through the information, translate overly complicated jargon, know what steps you need to take, or what your best option actually is for your situation.
Ocho will simplify money and allow you to use it to create the life you want because you’ll finally uncover and understand all the possibilities you had never considered before.
Questions before joining?
Being a Founder Member means not only will you be one of the first to access Ocho, but you’ll also get to sit in the “driving seat” with us and provide feedback on the content, and structure, and make suggestions on what you’d like to see most. You’ll also get exclusive access and join a small group of other awesome entrepreneurs that are passionate about mastering their money. Oh, we may sprinkle in a few other surprises, too
If you’re hungry to learn more about managing and growing your money as a business owner (even if you consider yourself “bad” with finances or get overwhelmed or confused), this is your community! We will be covering a wide variety of topics to help those that are just starting out build the foundations and more advanced content to help support you as you progress along your journey or for those that are ready to dive in.
Most of our content is currently tailored to the US financial system. However, there are topics that are and will be applicable no matter where you live in the world. As we have a 30-day refund, we encourage you to check out the content yourself and see if it’s the right fit for you!
Yes! You’ll have 30 days from joining the program to request a full refund, no questions asked.
Your membership will give you access to Ocho for one year and will renew annually after that. You will always be able to cancel before the next payment cycle.
As this is a new membership, one of the perks of joining early is that you’ll be able to request content, resources, and topics that you want to see most. We will regularly be chatting with members to make as many of those things possible!
Ocho Investment Advisors LLC is an investment advisor registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and uses bank-level security and state of the art encryption to keep your data and money safe. Brokerage and custody services are provided by DriveWealth LLC, a SEC registered broker-dealer and member FINRA/SIPC. SIPC, or the Securities Investor Protection Corporation, currently protects the securities and cash in your account up to $500,000 of which $250,000 may be in cash. SIPC does not protect against the market risks associated with investing. Investing in securities involves risk and there is always the potential of losing money. Asset allocation and diversification do not guarantee a profit or protect against a loss, and past performance is no guarantee of future results.
Additionally, like all 401(k) plans, your Ocho Solo 401(k) is set up as a retirement trust, with you appointed as the sole trustee and plan administrator. In the unlikely event that Ocho were to go out of business, your 401(k) and trust would remain in existence, and all funds would remain under your control. While Ocho helps set up your solo 401(k) plan, you remain the plan administrator and trustee at all times, and Ocho never has custody of your funds, meaning they are owned and titled by your 401(k) plan, not by Ocho. If Ocho were to close, you could choose to keep your money with DriveWealth (if you change to a new advisor) or transfer the assets to your bank account.
Apart from the flat annual subscription fee, Ocho does not charge any additional fees or hidden charges, and there are no fees on your assets under management (AUM) when using the optional integrated brokerage account through Ocho Advisors. You get all the premium features of Ocho for one all-inclusive price. While Ocho does not charge any additional fees apart from the flat annual fee, there may be fees charged by Drive Wealth, ETFs and funds you choose to invest in, and trading commissions. There may also be fees if you choose to invest through your solo 401(k) plan outside of the Ocho application. Ocho Advisory may also charge advisory fees at some point in the future, to future customers. Any changes to our fee structure will be communicated beforehand.
